Customized Air coolers
These tailor made air cooler are used for applications where standard range is no fully compliant with the specifications or customer needs.
The technical flexibility in terms of geometry, materials, ventilation and finishing is extremely high and allows the design an optimized and fully compliant Air cooler for non-API industries projects.
Air coolers can be Flat Bed (horizontal and vertical) or “V”-Shape Fin Fan Coolers and double circuit LT/ HT air coolers

- Tube Material: Seamless, Copper, Stainless Steel AISI304, AISI316 or CuNi, thickness up to 1.5 mm
- Fin Materials: Aluminium or Epoxy coated Aluminium, AlMg 2.5, AlMg 3, Copper and CuSn,- thickness from 0.11 up to 0,25 mm – pitch from 1.8 up to 12 mm
- Headers:
- Cylindrical pipe type (brazed or welded), in Copper, Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel.
- Removable for internal access, in Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel
- Ventilation casings, frames, supporting legs and fan rings:
- Galvanized steel Z275 with electrostatic powder coating,
- Carbon Steel Hot dip galvanized according to ISO 1461

- Standard or specific Electrical motors
- Standard or specific fans, up to 16’ diameter
